MCRCnh - Career Advancement Services (CAS)

If you were part of the New Hampshire Employment Program (NHEP), now is a great time to take the next step in your career. The Career Advancement Services (CAS) program builds on what you learned in NHEP and helps you grow in your job and improve your financial future.

CAS can help you handle some of the extra costs that come with going to school or starting a new job. You might be able to get help paying for things like training, certification tests, licenses, tuition, books, and transportation (like gas or car repairs).

The CAS program helps you learn new skills, earn the certificates that employers look for, and get ready for jobs that are in high demand. You can also get support through job counseling, training at work, and apprenticeships that give you real experience and help you succeed in the long run.

Services include:

  • Career counseling

  • Help finding a job

  • Apprenticeships

  • On-the-job training

  • Funds for Tuition help

  • Funds for Books and school supplies

  • Funds for licenses and renewals

  • Funds for mileage, car repairs, and other travel costs
